I have found ACA/NE Membership the most rewarding investment in myself, and the trade. The countless valuable trainings that I could not receive anywhere else has helped me advance my career with much more confidence. I have been a member at all levels of the industry, attending Dinner Meetings as a Service Technician, Manager, Trainer, and Salesman. I particularly look forward to the networking time before and after events, which have proved to be as insightful as the training! Knowing how the organization has grown their collective voice over the years is inspiring, and being a part of that feels like just one voice can help instead of going it alone on topics like licensing! Mitsubishi values their membership in ACA New England like no other local organization I have seen. Their continued encouragement to participate, sponsor, and influence the trade starting at a local level shows ACA New England's aligned commitment to the overall betterment of HVAC. Of particular importance is the current MA licensing 'maze' and the skills gap with our apprentices trying to fill empty jobs, which ACA New England is facing head-on.
